. Oil stains and dirt must be removed before work, otherwise the service life of the electrode will be seriously lowered and the welding quality will be affected.
2. After the automatic spot welding machine is powered on, check the electrical equipment, operating mechanism, cooling system, gas circuit system and body shell for leakage.
3. Before starting the automatic spot welding machine, first turn on the changeover switch of the control circuit and the small switch of the welding current, insert the knife position of the series adjustment switch, turn on the water source, air source and each adjustment button on the control box, and finally turn on the power supply to start the work.
4, electrode contact should be kept clean, if necessary, you can use a fine file or emery cloth to repair light.
5. The bearing hinge of the automatic spot welding machine and the piston and lining ring of the cylinder should be lubricated regularly.
6. When the automatic spot welding machine is working, the gas circuit system and water cooling system should be unblocked. The gas must be kept dry and should not contain moisture. The drainage temperature should not exceed 40 ℃, and the drainage flow can be adjusted according to the season (smaller in winter and larger in summer).
7. When the automatic spot welding machine stops working below 0 ℃, compressed air must be used to blow off the water in the cooling system to prevent the pipeline from freezing or blocking.
8. The working stroke of the upper electrode is realized by adjusting the two nuts under the cylinder block. After adjustment, it must be tightened.
9. The electrode pressure can be adjusted by rotating the pressure reducing valve handle according to the requirements of welding specifications.
10, to avoid the ignition tube and selenium rectifier damage, it is strictly prohibited in the ignition circuit to increase the fuse.
11. When the load is too small to prevent the arc from occurring in the ignition tube, it is strictly prohibited to close the ignition circuit of the control box, because the ignition circuit cannot be shunt by the arc at this time, thus causing the ignition circuit to have a large current passing through the ignition tube and selenium rectifier during the closing period.
12. The circuit device of the control box is relatively complicated. Attention should be paid to protect the circuit facilities from being touched and damaged during use. When the temperature is low in winter, the thyristor and ignition tube are not easy to ignite. Indoor temperature should not be lower than 15 ℃.
13. After the automatic spot welding machine stops working, debris and welding slag splash must be removed.
14, automatic spot welding machine to stop working, should first cut off the power supply, gas source, and finally close the water source.
15. If the automatic spot welding machine is stopped for a long time, anti-rust grease must be applied to the active parts that are not painted to prevent the parts from rusting.
16. If the control box is stopped for a long time, in order to prevent moisture immersion, it should be heated for 30 minutes every month, and if the thyratron is replaced, it should also be preheated for 30 minutes. Normal operation control box
