1, on-site use, should be set up rain-proof, moisture-proof, sun-proof shed, and install the corresponding fire-fighting equipment. Oil, wood, oxygen cylinder, acetylene generator and other inflammable and explosive articles shall not be stacked within 10m of the welding site.

3. Welding operation and coordination personnel must wear labor protection articles as required. Safety measures must be taken to prevent accidents such as electric shock.

7. When welding non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum, zinc, tin, lead, etc., it must be carried out in a well-ventilated place. The welding personnel should wear a gas mask or a breathing filter.

8. When multiple welding machines are used centrally, they should be tapped on the three-phase power supply network to balance the three-phase load. The grounding devices of multiple welding machines shall be connected by grounding electrodes respectively, and shall not be connected in series.

9. It is strictly prohibited to weld pressure pipes, flammable and explosive containers and stressed components during operation.

10. When welding preheating parts, baffle shall be set to isolate the radiant heat generated by preheating welding parts.
