1. Selection of welding power supply: It is recommended to use intermediate frequency inverter DC power supply. The intermediate frequency inverter DC power supply has high thermal efficiency, and the heating time required for the same nugget is shorter, so as to prevent welding deformation caused by long-term heating, minimize deformation and realize single-sided seamless effect of spot welding.

2. Selection of welding machine structure: It is recommended to use more platform spot welding machines. The large platform of platform spot welding machines can effectively support the workpiece, increase the conductive area, and quickly dissipate the heat after welding, thus minimizing welding deformation and realizing seamless spot welding.

3. Selection of welding method: single-sided double-point welding is adopted, the current can pass through the workpiece body, while the other side can effectively avoid the generation of welding marks because there is no more heat input and supported by planar electrodes;
